Our HQ is near Valencia in Spain, where we started, but steadily, as our name Peek at Spain SL has become more and more familiar, we have covered more and more areas of Spain. These areas are confined to the more popular coastal regions all down the east and south coasts, where the weather and beaches are glorious. Our original website was located at www.peek-at-spain.com and to help to locate it more easily we re-named it www.peekprop.com. In fact PEEK! is what we want everyone to do: We want everyone to take a peek at our website and then come to see us here in Spain! Whichever area of Spain you choose, visit our website for a PEEK! We have about 2,000 properties for sale in various areas in the Province of Valencia Spain. We have villas, country houses and apartments in all price ranges.
Peek at Spain SL were one of the original British agents in the area around Spain’s third biggest city Valencia, selling properties in the countryside and the towns, under the “Peek at Spain” banner. From the outset, in 2002, we became a fully legal Spanish company called Peek at Spain SL, which is fully registered for all taxes, IVA (VAT) etc. Over the years, we have built up an excellent reputation for our honesty and total commitment to our clients resulting in 57% sales from recommendations in 2005!
Since the early days and because of our excellent website and presence in the UK market, we have been approached to market properties in other areas of Spain, such as other parts of the Valencia province, which is also known as the Costa de Valencia and the Costa del Azahar.
We also cover flats and penthouses in Valencia City itself. Further south is a beautiful area near the Sierra Mariola National Park with the towns of Ontinyent and Bocairent nearby. We refer to this area as “Inland Mid-Valencia”, to distinguish it from the region closer to our office.
We then added Mid-Valencia on the coast and Alicante, which is all known as the Costa Blanca.

Valencia Area of Spain
We currently provide a 10 page pack with information at the time a deposit contract is signed. Then we give buyers a 100+ page information pack after completing the sale at the notary, to help you settle in to this area. After the Notary completion we spend a couple of hours showing you where everything can be found.
We have a very wide selection of properties, so we can be your one-stop shop and are we always here to point you in the right direction.

Further north are Llíria, Cheste, Chiva, Villamarchante, Bugarra, Gestalgar, la Pobla de Vallbona, Betera, Casinos, and Domeno.
Further south of Valencia, we cover the Ontinyent and Bocairent areas which are on the edge of the beautiful Sierra Mariola National Park and well served by Spain’s excellent motorway system.

The process of relocating to another country is by no means easy, but "where there is a will there is a way" and we believe that if you have really made up your minds that this is where you want to take your lives, then you should ultimately succeed, providing that you are prepared to take on the various challenges involved and be prepared to be a little flexible about everything not always being "a bed of roses" and perhaps that some things may not meet your ideals by 100%. In our experience, those clients who aim for the "80-20" rule have always found something to suit them and then gone on to be very happy here.
Most people fail to realise that most agents are in a wide network and many have the same properties, yet they trawl round hundreds of internet sites ultimately forgetting which ones they have visited and which ones they asked questions of. This is really not very fair to yourselves or to the various agents. In fact, it wastes everyone's valuable time and ends up getting you very confused and frustrated.
